Charitable Giving

Aging and Family Services provides services to over 5,000 senior citizens that call Mineral County, WV home. With recent budget cuts and increases in the cost to provide these services we are finding it difficult to continue to provide the high quality of service we have in the past. Frail seniors are sometimes put on waiting lists because funding is not available for their in-home care or their home delivered meal. If you would like to help please click on the DONATE button below. You will be taken to a form where you will be able to donate the amount of your choice to help us continue to provide these services. Your donation may be tax-deductible and you will receive a receipt for your donation. You may also specify where the donation is used. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Building for the Future

At Aging & Family Services, we are proud of the growth we have experienced over the past 30 years. From a single office in a building on Davis Street to a new multi-purpose senior center in Fankfort, and three separate building in Keyser, we have experienced great growth during that time!

However, the Keyser Senior Center, built in the 1880's, is not currently meeting the needs of the senior population in the Keyser area. After a great deal of searching we have located and purchased a tract of land behind the new BB&T bank on 220 South.

We have now established a Building Fund to help make our vision of a new multi-purpose senior and community center in Keyser a reality. Even though this project is still in its infancy, it will require much financial support to bring it to fruition.

If you would like to parner with us in this worthwhile endeavor please contact our agency.
